Doctor of Physical Therapy I Strength & Performance Focused I Certified DN 1 and DN 2

Mike earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of New England in 2019. He works with both surgical and non-surgical patients, with a special interest in treating the shoulder, hip, knee, and foot/ankle.

Mike specializes in helping active adults and athletes overcome pain, improve performance, and successfully return to the activities they enjoy. His approach is rooted in strength-based rehabilitation and the sports medicine model, allowing clients to stay active and continue training while addressing injuries. Through detailed movement analysis and one-on-one care, Mike identifies the root cause of pain and performance limitations. He combines hands-on treatment with education and progressive strength programming to not only resolve current issues but also build long-term resilience and reduce the risk of future injuries.

Outside of the clinic, Mike enjoys staying active through basketball, hiking, strength training, and rock climbing.

Nikki has been a licensed massage therapist since 2005.

Her introduction to bodywork came early through her father, a massage therapist and teacher with a background in medical care. This shaped a strong respect for anatomy, professionalism, and thoughtful treatment planning from the beginning of her career.

Over the years, Nikki has worked in a range of established spa and therapeutic settings, developing an approach that balances technical skill with attentiveness, and effectiveness with restraint. Her work focuses heavily on communication, nervous system regulation, and working with the body in a way that supports lasting change rather than forcing intensity.

Today, her sessions are guided by the understanding that meaningful results come from attention, patience, and trust — not force or excess. Whether clients are seeking recovery support, orthopedic-focused work, deeper therapeutic treatment, or simply a more relaxing and restorative experience, each session is approached with adaptability, precision, and clear communication throughout.

Nikki is also the founder of Grounded Motion Company, an evolving movement and recovery-focused project centered around stability, recovery, longevity, and quality of life through more sustainable support for active bodies.
