This is where you most patients ask being discharged from physical therapy....now what! Our comprehensive performance training program is designed to help athletes of any and all levels improve their performance and achieve their full potential and goals! Whether you’re a mom getting back into exercise after having a baby, you are new to exercising, a professional athlete, or a dedicated recreational player, we will provide you with all of the necessary tools, guidance, and training techniques/program necessary to excel in your sport or lifestyle. Performance training is all done 1-on-1 with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy and evidence-based training methods, we are committed to helping you elevate your game to the next level.

In 2012, she received her undergraduate degree from the University of New England. In 2015, she graduated from Franklin Pierce University with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Bree has extensive experience in post-surgical and both the athletic and everyday orthopedic population. She is CrossFit Level 1 Certified Coach and dry needling certified. Having a great passion for exercise, with a background in CrossFit, bodybuilding, golf and being a collegiate field hockey player, Bree enjoys incorporating her manual skills, dry needling and exercise expertise to keep her patients functioning at their highest potential. Bree can be found in the gym, outdoors golfing, and spending time with her husband and daughter their dogs and exploring the Craft Beer and Maine food scene.
